The DCA Library is an ever-expanding library of reference materials and educational resources from some of the greatest minds in the areas of diving, ocean exploration, hyperbaric medicine, dive physiology, conservation, maritime history and anything in between.  A great spot to kill time during those long surface intervals we call life.

THE RUBICON FOUNDATION RESEARCH REPOSITORY:  Contains several reference collections related to divers that have been of interest over the years. With support from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS), Global Underwater Explorers (GUE), and The Divers Alert Network (DAN), we have been working to collect and scan these valuable resources. Even though our primary interest is in Diving, we will also be making an effort to include other topics of interest as well, such as aviation and altitude physiology.

Anyone can search though the items in the community and access to the items is at no cost to the user (Free DOWNLOADS!). A description of this and our other projects is also available on our projects page. The system is composed of the sections listed under “Communities and Collections” . Rubicon offers over 8,500 references so far!).   New sections will be added as the documents become available. Any search of the entire “Rubicon Foundation Archive” will access all the collections listed within that community. It is our goal to leverage the power of the internet to assemble this historical information and help make it accessible to everyone.

The following TED talks are all related to diving and the sea.  They are fascinating!
